NEW! Tiger Tech Tuesday in the Library!
Advanced students from the Computer Operations Technology program will provide free assistance with diagnosing and correcting problems on your laptop, tablet, or smartphone. This may include virus removal, keyboard repair, operating system upgrades, and much more.
Available for current students and Chattanooga State employees only (ID required).

Student IT Support
Library staff member Amy Campbell and her student assistants are dedicated to assisting with Chatt State campus information technology (IT) issues. This assistance is provided on a phone-in, email, or walk-in basis during the library's normal operating hours.
You may email questions to Amy Campbell or use the Library's Text Chat to ask questions.
To help solve your tech problem via email, please include screen shots of your desktop that illustrate the issues you are having. You should also include any steps that you have already taken to try to resolve the technology issues.
