Write a research paper on a current, controversial topic relating to diversity.

Develop three questions around the topic, such as:
- What is the issue/problem?
- What are the opposing sides of the issue?
- On which side of the issue do you stand?
Explain and support your point of view using supporting evidence from library resources.
- How does this issue affect society?
- How does this issue affect you?
- What steps would you recommend to improve the problem?
Research the topic in the library and answer the questions you have developed for your issue/topic.
A minimum of 3 library sources are required.
Source materials must be handed in with the answers to your questions.
